When I run a retreat, it’s because I feel the timing, the space, and the group are just right. Each one is crafted with deep intention—for women who are ready to exhale, unravel, and rediscover the clarity and aliveness that lives in their bodies.
Whether in the heart of the Balinese jungle or nestled by the sea on the Central Coast of Australia, these retreats invite you into something more honest, easeful, and real.
A glimpse into what these retreats feel like
You wake to birdsong and warm morning light. Sip tea barefoot on the deck. Move your body in ways that help your shoulders drop and your breath deepen.
The days unfold gently—through somatic practices, movement, nourishing food, spacious afternoons, and quiet joy. You might dance in the shala, rest by the pool, walk through rice paddies or bushland, share something honest in circle, or simply sit with a coconut and your journal.
There’s laughter. Sometimes tears. A deep exhale. And a feeling of being met.
The women who gather here aren’t looking to “perform wellness”—they’re here to be real. To feel more like themselves. To soften protective patterns. To remember who they are.
