Embrace a more expansive, alive version of yourself, through five days of playful exploration, heartfelt connection and body-led discovery in the magical heart of Ubud, Bali. Ubud is close to my heart. I hold my women’s retreats here very intentionally. It’s a place where nature feels alive and every moment invites you to consider new possibilities and soften into yourself.


The Embrace Women’s Retreat is an experience that invites you to gently slow down the pace of your mind and your body, making room for a new way of being that rarely gets space at home.

You’ll wake up to the sounds of jungle and birdsong, and begin your day moving your body in gentle, joyful ways. Feel the warm, tropical breeze on your skin as you wander barefoot through rice paddies or sip from a fresh coconut. Savour vibrant Balinese flavours that awaken your senses and nourish your body, from morning juices bursting with tropical fruit to fragrant meals crafted with fresh, local ingredients.

This retreat is about stepping beyond patterns and routine, to a place where curiosity and adventure feel easy. Through guided body-based (somatic) practices, you’ll open pathways to new ways of being: softer, freer and more confident — all while tuning into your body’s natural wisdom.

You’ll share this experience with a small, thoughtful group of women who, like you, crave real connection and the chance to be fully themselves — no masks, no pretending. Experience the joy of being more yourself, and carry that spark back into your everyday life.

A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR RETREAT EXPERIENCE

This isn’t a retreat where you disappear from your life. It’s where you reconnect with yourself in a way that gently transforms how you return to it.

Imagine waking up to the soft hum of the jungle, palm trees swaying, birdsong echoing through warm tropical air. You sip your tea barefoot on the deck, unhurried, already feeling more like you.

There’s time to rest and time to explore. A dip in the pool under the midday sun. A fresh juice from a tucked-away café in Ubud. A spontaneous dance in the yoga shala. A slow walk through rice paddies with nothing to do but be. No pressure. No pretending. Just honest rhythms and nourishing connection.

You’ll be gently guided through somatic (body-led) practices that help you feel more anchored in your body — to unwind emotional tension, awaken your instincts, and rebuild trust in the part of you that already knows.

This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s not about chasing an ideal. It’s about remembering your aliveness and letting your body show you a more honest, easeful way forward.

You’ll share this experience with a small, thoughtful group of women, warm, curious, open-hearted. All here not to perform wellness, but to live it. Not to look like they’ve got it all together, but to feel like themselves again. By the end, something will have shifted. Not in a dramatic, life-overhauling way, but in the quiet, lasting way that happens when you come home to yourself.

🌴 Daily guided somatic (body-led) practices
These are the heart of the retreat. You’ll be gently guided to connect with the sensations, signals, and rhythms of your body — supporting the completion of old cycles of stress and emotion stored within. These practices help lighten your emotional load, restore clarity, and deepen your trust in your body and instincts. They’re simple, powerful, and meet you exactly where you are, no matter your experience. Feel your aliveness awaken in this magical, lush Bali setting.
🌴 Vedic Meditation instruction and support
Learn this deeply restful practice (no experience necessary), with ongoing support beyond the retreat. And no, we won’t be meditating for hours a day… unless you really want to! Experience the relaxation that settles into your body as you return to your natural pace and rhythms.
🌴 Daily gentle yoga & breathwork
Suitable for all levels, designed to help you feel grounded, not to “perform” poses. Come as you are, whether it’s morning sun salutations or a spontaneous dance in the yoga shala.
🌴 5 nights / 6 days in luxury Balinese accommodation
Choose from a single or twin-share room with ensuite, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and daily servicing. These spaces are genuinely beautiful— serene, comfortable, and deeply restful, your sanctuary nestled among Ubud’s vibrant greenery and singing birds.

Mostly organic and lovingly prepared by our on-site chefs. Meals that delight your senses and nourish your body, with unlimited filtered water and herbal tea throughout the day. Gluten- and dairy-free options catered for.
