No matter how much I meditated and focused on my “wellness”, I couldn’t quiet wha

Women come to me second-guessing themselves, overriding what they feel, and feeling held back by

𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗜 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝘆𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳.⁣

Even when my body spoke with clarity, I’d override it. I thought I needed more time, more opinions, more certainty.⁣
