I’m Caroline, a somatic coach devoted to helping women who’ve spent years prioritising harmony over truth reclaim their voice, clarity and self-authority. I know self suppression and people pleasing aren’t flaws; they’re patterns the body learns, and patterns it can transform.
My work blends nature-led somatic nervous system support, and deeply nuanced relational care — creating a space where change unfolds at your body’s pace, in a way that feels doable and sustainable.
