What’s getting in the way

What it’s like to work together


This work isn’t just about what happens in our sessions.

Women often describe working with me as feeling deeply seen and understood, sometimes for the first time. There’s a sense of relief in realising, “I finally make sense.”

I’m deeply focused on understanding what it’s like to be you. How things feel for you now, and where you want to be. From there, I translate what you’re experiencing into nervous system terms, so we’re clear on what we’re building together.

Our sessions aren’t about analysing your patterns more. They’re about slowing things down enough to notice what happens in your body in the moments you normally override yourself, in conversations, in decisions, in the moments before you second-guess yourself or hold back what you really want to do or say.

We stabilise your nervous system, build your capacity to stay with what you feel, and allow your body to digest what hasn’t had the space to be resolved before.

After our first session and your intake form, I put together a written program that shapes the direction of our work. Between sessions, I’m there with you. As things arise in your day-to-day life, you can reach out and we work with it in real time.

As what’s been unfelt or unspoken begins to have space, things in your body start to shift. You notice your inner signals earlier and begin to trust them, instead of talking yourself out of what you know.

Over time, decisions that once felt complicated become clear. Conversations that once felt loaded become simpler. You find yourself responding differently, not because you’re applying a tool, but because you trust yourself more.

what’s included

Six 75-minute 1:1 sessions over three months
Fortnightly sessions give us the space to build your capacity over time. Sessions are held via Zoom or in-person at Freshwater Wellness Centre, Sydney

A personalised written program
After your first session and intake form, I create a written program that maps what we’re working towards and the capacity we’re building in your system. This becomes the foundation we return to throughout our work together.

Ongoing support via email or WhatsApp between sessions (Monday–Friday)
You’re not left to navigate things on your own between sessions. As things arise in your daily life, you can reach out and we work with it in real time.

A steady, intentional process
Each part of the three months is designed to build on the last, supporting you to move from second-guessing and overriding yourself, to trusting what you feel and responding from it.

This isn’t mindset work.
It’s a space to build the capacity to trust what you feel, and live from it.

The first step is to join the waitlist.

When a space opens, I’ll be in touch to offer a complimentary 15-minute call. This is a chance for us to connect, for you to share a little of what’s been happening for you, and for me to reflect back what I’m hearing and how I’d approach working together.

From there, if it feels aligned, the next step is to book a 75-minute introductory session — $209 AUD online, or $249 AUD in person at Freshwater Wellness Centre.

This session is an invitation to pause, slow things down, and begin listening to your body in a different way. Together, we’ll explore what you’re wanting for your life, how you want to feel, and what feels true for you.

It’s also a space for you to get a felt sense of what it’s like to work together, and for both of us to sense whether this feels like the right next step. There’s no need to decide anything during the session.

If you choose to continue, your introductory session can count as the first session of your 3-month program, and the total investment will be adjusted accordingly.

I’m Caroline


I’m Caroline, a somatic practitioner and coach.

My work is devoted to supporting women who’ve spent years second-guessing and overriding themselves, to begin trusting and living from their inner knowing.

I know this pattern intimately. Saying yes when you want to say no, keeping the peace instead of speaking honestly, and second-guessing what you know to be true.

This way of being isn’t something you’re stuck with.

It’s a pattern your body has learned, and it can be unlearned. I know, because I’ve walked this path myself, and I now support my clients to do the same.

My work is grounded in the understanding that creating lasting change in how you feel doesn’t come from learning another tool or trying to fix yourself. It comes from rebuilding trust with your body, so that what you feel inside and how you live begin to match.
