A Relational Approach to Deep Embodied Change
My 3-month somatic coaching program is a space to deepen the connection between what you know in your mind and what you feel in your body.
It’s a supportive, relational container where you’re invited to gently unravel the emotional patterns, beliefs, and nervous system responses that have been running quietly beneath the surface—often for years.
Many of my clients tell me they’ve spent years doing it all alone. In our work together, they’re often surprised by what becomes possible in a space where they don’t have to.
Relational means you’re not doing this alone. In our work, you’re met with skillful somatic attunement and guidance—so your body learns, in real time, that it’s safe to soften old protections, trust your instincts, and embody the gifts and ways of being that have always been yours.
For some of the women I work with, the biggest shift came not from learning something new, but from finally tending to the parts of themselves that never got what they needed.
The unexpressed emotions, the moments when it wasn’t safe to feel what you felt, the unmet needs your body still remembers.
Together, we give your body what it needs to process what it hasn’t had the space, safety, or permission to move through—until now.
Along the way, you’ll learn to work with your body, not against it—rebuilding the connection that brings more steadiness, freedom, and choice into your everyday life.
Why I Do This Work
I came to this work through lived experience. For years, I felt like my emotions were too much—too intense, too overwhelming, too difficult to carry. I spent over a decade navigating anxiety, depression, and disconnection from my body, trying everything to feel better.
While talk therapy and meditation offered some relief, it wasn’t until I discovered somatic work that I realised I was still bypassing my emotions, overriding my instincts, and silencing myself.
Through this body-led approach, I learned how to support myself in a deeper way—to tend to the emotions and patterns held in my body, not just understand them with my mind. What began as support during a major life change became a profound return to myself. I felt more grounded, more confident, and more connected to the wisdom of my body than I ever had before—not just in fleeting moments, but in a lasting, embodied way.
That’s why I do this work: to support women like you to reconnect with the wisdom of your body and trust yourself again—from the inside out.
What Becomes Possible
This isn’t just about feeling better in the moment, it’s about shifting how you relate to yourself and your life at the deepest level.
I’ve watched the women I work with experience shifts like:
— A quiet inner steadiness that wasn’t there before
— The ability to stay present with emotion rather than overwhelmed by it (or doing their best to avoid it)
— A new sense of trust in their bodies, themselves, and in life
— Relief from lingering symptoms like anxiety, fatigue, gut issues or skin flare-ups, by working with rather than against the body

— A softer, more gentle relationship with themselves—less self criticism, more self acceptance

— Communicating more honestly in relationships
— Creating a home or lifestyle that feels truly nourishing
— Feeling more inspired, creative, and ready to take action on what they want
And most of all, a return to themselves.
To their instincts.
To their bodies.
To what they want and need—without guilt.
This work doesn’t just change how you feel.

This 3-month somatic coaching container is designed with exactly that in mind— the kind of change that unfolds through deep attunement, compassionate support, and reconnection with the wisdom of your body. It’s a space where long-held patterns begin to loosen, where the weight you didn’t realise you were carrying can finally soften,
and where who you are beneath all of it can emerge more fully.

— 6 x 75-minute sessions, fortnightly via Zoom or in-person at Freshwater Wellness Centre, Sydney
— WhatsApp voice and text support between sessions (Tuesday–Friday) to check in, share reflections, or receive encouragement as you navigate real-life moments
— A written guidebook, tailored to support your nervous system and emotions with practices you can return to again and again
— A relational, somatic space where what’s been stored in your body can be gently seen, felt, and met — with depth, care, and presence

This session is an opportunity to slow down, connect more deeply with your body and explore what’s present for you. You’ll be supported to tune in somatically so that you can experience greater clarity. It’s also a chance for us to get a sense of whether our fit feels right.
If you decide to continue, your intro session can count as the first session in your 3-month program, and the total investment will be adjusted accordingly.
