BECAUSE YOU HOLD SO MUCH, YOU DESERVE TO FEEL HELD, TOO.

Motherhood is full: beautiful, demanding, and sometimes overwhelming. Between sleepless nights, endless giving, and the quiet pressure to keep it all together, it’s easy to forget your own needs.

This two-hour in-person gathering is a gentle invitation to slow down, exhale, and experience being nurtured and held.

Through somatic movement, mindful reflection, and nourishing rituals (plus delicious tea and snacks), you’ll have space to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner rhythm.

Come as you are — no experience needed, just an open heart and a willingness to receive, in the company of other mums.

What to expect

-

What to expect -

A morning designed to nurture every part of you - body, mind and heart.

🧘‍♀️ Opening & Intention Setting
We’ll begin with a grounding meditation and breath practice to help you to land in your body, followed by a gentle sharing circle to name how you feel and what you’re longing for. Share as little or as much as feels comfortable.

🧘‍♀️ Gentle somatic movement
A slow, guided flow to ease tension and stress, and reconnect you with the natural rhythm of your body. No performance, no pressure — just moving the way your body wants to.

🧘‍♀️ Reflecting on What Nourishment Looks Like
Together we’ll explore why nourishment is so essential for the stability of our bodies, minds, and nervous systems, especially in the fullness of motherhood. Guided journaling prompts will invite you to reflect on what nourishment means for you right now, in the season you’re in.

🧘‍♀️ Nourishment & Connection
From reflection to practice, we’ll bring those insights into the tangible, with herbal teas, chai, and wholesome homemade snacks.

Lucia will share simple, achievable ways to nourish yourself through grounding foods, hydration, and gentle organisation habits that support steadier energy and nervous system balance. Caroline will share the role of nourishment in supporting nervous system stability, and how tending to the body’s needs creates the foundation for greater ease in daily life.

We’ll then open an honest group conversation about the rhythms of motherhood, exploring when life feels most easeful, and when it feels most challenging, so you can leave feeling both understood and resourced.

🧘‍♀️ Closing Circle
We’ll complete the morning with a gratitude circle and something to carry with you as a reminder that you, too, deserve to be nourished.

Each mama will receive a mini book with:
• Simple daily rituals for grounding and self-nourishment
• Three wholesome recipes to support your body and energy
• A gentle reminder that you can always return to yourself
