The Embrace is a 10-week course that guides deeply feeling women to get free from the emotional weight they’ve been carrying, build inner stability and come into deep connection with themselves and their body.
This course isn’t about forcing change or quick fixes. It is most certainly not about “healing” the parts of you that are broken. It’s about creating lasting transformation—teaching you how to move beyond old patterns sustainably, embrace every part of yourself and live a life that feels fully yours.
Using somatic wisdom, coaching and supportive guidance, The Embrace gives you the knowledge and experience to stop fighting against yourself and learn live day to day in alignment with your innate instincts. When you learn how to embrace every part of yourself, life becomes remarkably simple.

What you’ll learn
1. Free yourself from the weight of the past: Learn to gently digest unfelt emotion and complete old patterns of stress being held in your body, so they no longer weigh you down and keep you looping.
2. Cultivate emotional steadiness: Allow your big feelings to be felt in a way that feels neutral (no background sound-track of self-criticism).
3. Build self-trust and confidence: Learn to trust and follow your instincts, make clear decisions, go for what you want without questioning yourself and align your actions with your values and desires.
4. Embrace self-compassion: Quiet the voice of self-doubt and replace it with love, acceptance and kindness towards all parts of yourself - even on your hardest days.

Through guided exploration and practices you’ll uncover your unique patterns, beliefs and values. This pillar focuses on creating the conditions for you to gently reconnect with yourself, unravel limiting thoughts and embrace what makes you, you.

Change of any type starts and ends with the body. Through embodied somatic explorations and knowledge, you’ll experience transformation from the inside out. This pillar helps you meet the parts of yourself that have been carrying unresolved emotions and gently digest them, paving the way for new possibilities.

3. Spaciousness for growth
This course isn’t about striving for perfection. Instead, you’ll learn how to hold yourself through gentle, steady growth while cultivating deeper presence in your everyday life. You’ll step into a nourishing rhythm that allows you to embrace progress slowly with zero pressure or overwhelm.

You’re not meant to do this work alone. The Embrace brings together a supportive community of women who understand and share your experiences. This nourishing space is where you’ll connect, share and share a sense of belonging alongside like-minded women.

Reconnect with your body, learning to notice your felt sense and listen to its signals. This foundational week helps you build awareness of how external pressures and internalised beliefs may be keeping you stuck in under nourished states. We’ll explore how to start rewriting old patterns to create space for transformation.
Imagine: Recognising the signs your body gives you before depletion or burnout take hold, learning how to tune in to and receive what you need in the moment.
Tools: Body literacy and liberation. -
Shine a light on the subconscious patterns and stories that drive your actions—beliefs like “I’m too much” or “I may as well do it myself” or “I shouldn’t be feeling like this.”
You’ll start gently dismantling these disempowering narratives and replacing them with empowering, life-affirming truths that reflect your potential and worth.
Imagine: Embracing a kind, encouraging inner voice that lifts you up rather than criticising and holding you back.
Tools: Journaling and thought inquiry. -
Learn how your nervous system’s survival responses—fight, flight, freeze or fawn—shape how you react to stress, relationships and daily challenges. You’ll explore tools to stabilise your nervous system, helping you feel more steady, grounded and present in the face of life’s pressures.
Imagine: Experiencing spaciousness in a difficult moment, responding with clarity and ease rather than being swept away by stress or reactivity.
Tools: Somatic and movement practices. -
This week focuses on reflection and consolidation, allowing space to embody what you’ve learned so far. You’ll practice integrating new insights and ways of being into your daily life, creating space for greater emotional freedom and lasting transformation.

Explore how undigested emotions have impacted your body and mind. This week, you’ll learn how to turn toward your emotions with compassion, allowing them to move through you rather than getting stuck or overwhelming you. This is truly a game changer.

This week is about working with self-judgment and embracing who you are, exactly as you are. You’ll explore how self-criticism and rejection keep you stuck and learn how to nurture your unmet needs, paving the way for new possibilities.
Imagine: Looking in the mirror and feeling proud of the woman you see, flaws and all, knowing you’re worthy of love and acceptance.

We’ll uncover the importance of boundaries and standards—both internal and external.
You’ll learn how to communicate your needs and desires honestly and directly, creating a life that honours your values and capacity.
Imagine: Saying “no” without guilt, embracing “yes” for what nourishes you and feeling confident in your ability to safeguard your energy and time.

This week offers time to pause and reflect on how far you’ve come. You’ll continue integrating your learnings into your daily life, reinforcing new habits and creating a sustainable foundation for lasting change.

Celebrate your growth and transformation as we bring everything together. This final week focuses on reflection, celebrating your progress and setting meaningful intentions for continued expansion and joy.

Hey, I’m Caroline.
I’ve always been a deeply feeling woman, sensitive to my emotions and the world around me. For years, that sensitivity felt like a curse. I lived with anxiety, depression and a very loud voice of self-doubt, believing there was something wrong with me.
Through somatic work, I discovered that my sensitivity wasn’t the problem—it was the undigested emotional weight and lack of self worth I was carrying. I learned to digest and integrate unresolved emotions, build inner steadiness and reconnect with myself and my instincts in a way I never thought possible.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and have trained extensively in somatics, meditation and yoga.
My work combines the best of Western science and Eastern wisdom to help deeply feeling women like you find the peace, stability and self-acceptance you’ve been searching for—all in one place, in a supportive community of women.

The next round of The Embrace begins Tuesday, February 25th 2025 with live calls every Tuesday at 7pm AEDT until Tuesday, April 29th 2025.
