For a long time, I thought self-trust was something I could think my way into.
“Should I stay, or should I go?”
“Do I speak up, or let it go?”
“Is it time to ask for more, or am I expecting too much?”
Even when my body spoke with clarity, I’d override it. I thought I needed more time. More opinions. More certainty. I leaned on other people’s interpretations of my experience, doubting my own.
At the time, I was told I was too sensitive. That my discomfort came from the past—not from what was happening in the here and now.
And for a long time, I believed it. But the truth is: my body was speaking clearly. I just didn’t know how to trust it yet. I was disconnected from the part of me that knew.
There were moments when I’d feel a deep unease in my body, and immediately second-guess:
Is this intuition… or anxiety?
Is something wrong now, or am I just being triggered?
Maybe I’m just overreacting. Maybe this isn’t a big deal.
i kept looking for answers outside myself.
Another astrology reading, another course, another voice to give me permission to feel what I was already feeling. But clarity doesn’t come from someone else’s wisdom. It comes from the quiet knowing inside.
Through somatic work - slow, embodied, honest listening to myself and my body, I learned to reconnect with that knowing. Not as an abstract concept, but as a lived, felt experience. And as I did, I began to trust myself more deeply.
Doubt still shows up, but I’ve learned to draw in the resources I need to move forward in trust of myself. I listen to my body’s wisdom, even when it asks something of me that feels hard. And I’m devoted to living in trust of my body’s cues. That’s what self-trust looks like now: not perfect, but grounded, ongoing, and embodied. It’s something I continue to build - a quiet, constant awareness of my body’s cues, offering real-time feedback on how I feel and what’s needed next.
That’s what this class is about.
CultivatE Self-Trust: A Free Somatic Class
This is not just a class about decision making—it’s an invitation to build a more grounded, embodied relationship with yourself. One where your body becomes a source of clarity, confidence and stability—even in uncertain times.
In this 60-minute class, you’ll be guided through somatic practices to:
Know the difference between anxiety and intuition
Understand the signals of your body, in moments of conflict or doubt
Build self-trust in a grounded, ongoing, embodied way
Make aligned decisions—not because someone else said it’s right, but because you know it is
This class offers a peek into the kind of work I do with clients behind the scenes, work that helps them cultivate self-trust in everything from career choices, to having hard conversations to parenting decisions and body image. A big part of this work is learning to validate your own experience, to stop dismissing what you feel or telling yourself it’s not a big deal, and instead begin trusting that your inner responses make sense.
Cultivating self-trust is the foundation of so much of my work as a somatic coach and in this class, I’ll be sharing perspectives and practices I usually reserve for private sessions. It’s free to join, come and see what’s possible when you trust yourself more deeply.
